After providing all documents above listed that we will send the OFFER LETTER within next 2/3 days and then the student have to transfer 150 euro registration fee to directly to college and send us scan copy of transfer fee after that we need original bank guarantee cheque as per your course fee then college will be issue the Admission Confirmation Letter + Accommodation letter with showing paid course fee by the student within next 3/4 days after that the student have completed your visa file and visit to the Portugal Embassy for visa application. After the success of visa application that the student must have clear the course fee cheque and travel to Portugal.

Documents Required For Visa Application
1. Visa application form duly filled and signed by the applicant.
2. Two (2) recent photographs of the applicant, with a plain background.
3. An ordinary passport or other recognized travel document valid for at least three months from the expiry date of the visa applied for. This document must have at least two empty pages. Please bring previous passports, if any, and attach with application copies, on A4 size paper, of used pages.
4. Photocopy of your national ID card.
5. Authorization statement to consult the Portuguese criminal record (only above 16 year’s old, document provided at the Embassy).
6. Third country nationals residing in Pakistan must provide supporting documents attesting to the legality and the authorised duration of their residence here.
7. If you have been refused a visa by an Embassy or high Commission in the last two years, written explanation about reason for trip and refusal.
8. Police Character, Birth, Marriage, Family, Divorce (if applicable), Death (if applicable) Certificates (in English or with a certified translation if in Urdu) and legalized by the Foreign Affairs Ministry.
9. Educational certificates legalized by the Foreign Affairs Ministry.
10. Proof of high studies admission in an accredited academic institution in Portugal.
11. Accommodation proof.
12. Proof of economic condition:
a) copy of his/her bank statements of the last six months
b) copy of his/her property documents
c) copy of his/her family business
d) copy of his/her last tax form
13. Copy of flight booking(s).
14. Original AND copy of a travel medical insurance policy of not less than 30,000 Euros. The policy must cover medical and hospitalisation expenses for the entire period of valid stay on Schengen territory as well as repatriation costs. Consult valid list of authorized insurance companies in Pakistan as agreed by Schengen partners in Islamabad
The Embassy reserves its right to request additional documents.
Original documents not needed will be returned with passport but only if copies are provided by applicant as requested.
