IMPORTANT NOTE:
After providing all documents above listed that we will send the OFFER LETTER within next 2/3 days and then the student have to transfer 250 euro registration fee to directly to college and send us scan copy of transfer fee after that we need original bank guarantee cheque as per your course fee then college will be issue the Admission Confirmation Letter + Accommodation letter with showing paid course fee by the student within next 3/4 days after that the student have completed your visa file and visit to the Poland Embassy for visa application. After the success of visa application that the student must have clear the course fee cheque and travel to Poland.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Visa application form (long or short term, depending on the term of course) duly filled and signed by the applicant. In case of minor(s), form should be signed by both parents.
2. Two (2) recent photographs of the applicant.
3. An ordinary passport or other recognized travel document valid for at least three months from the expiry date of the visa applied for. This document must have at least two empty pages. Please bring all your previous passports, if any, and attach copies of used pages with your application (on A4 size paper).
4. Photocopy of your national ID card.
5. Third country nationals residing in Pakistan must provide supporting documents proving legal residence.
6. If you have been refused a visa by any Embassy or High Commission in the last two years, written explanation about reason for trip and refusal.
7. Original and photocopy of Family Registration Certificate issued by NADRA (in English or with a certified translation if in Urdu).
8. Acceptance letter from the Polish University, formal confirmation of enrollment and the fee receipt, information about the accommodation (address) in Poland.
9. Letter from Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) stating that an applicant is eligible to study at any National/International University.
10. Sponsorship Affidavit, certified by a Public Notary in Pakistan, proof of sufficient financial means of your sponsor (proof of income and bank statements) or Polish scholarship.
11. English Language test such as:
* TOEFL {Test of English as a Foreign Language} (minimum score of 550 points for the paper Based Test or 213 points for the Computer Based Test)
* IELTS {International English Language Testing System} (Band 6.0)
12. Proof of possessing an amount of 800 zloty or the equivalent in foreign currency, so as to be able to cover the costs of living and lodging for each month of the stay throughout the whole time of study or the first year if the stay is to be longer.
13. Any other certificates - according to school requirements.
14. Proof of health insurance for the whole period of stay in Poland or travel health insurance policy.
15. In case of paid studies, scientific research or training, a proof of payment covering the first year of studies or its full term, if the studies will take less than one year, is necessary; or a statement proving the possession of funds in the amount sufficient to cover the cost of studies, provided in the declaration.
16. The Consulate might ask for additional documents if found necessary.
